Your satisfaction with our products, customer service, printing, and delivery is of utmost importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your shopping experience with Bumblebee Press, please let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right. Returns and exchanges for wholesale boxed products are accepted within 30 days and will incur a 15% restocking fee except for manufacturers defects. Because of the nature of custom letterpress printing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom printed pieces.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Checkout, Paypal, checks and money orders. Returned checks will incur a $35.00 charge for handling.
We can ship your products to you via UPS or FedEx expedited or ground. Please specify how you'd like for us to send your items. We will generally ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Wholesale boxed orders are shipped within seven business days, custom printed pieces generally ship within 5 weeks.
